We are manufacturing and offering tube finned machine and finned tube radiators that are fabricated from metals like MS, copper, SS & aluminum. These machines are used to make cooler, thermic fluid heat exchanger etc. Other specifications are as follows :

• Type: Spirally crimped, tension wound fins on tubes of MS, SS, copper, brass.& aluminum
• Purpose: To increase contact surface area of tubes for better heat transfer.
• Size: Tubes 8 mm OD to 100 mm OD
• Fin height 5 mm to 25 mm
• Fin pitch 2 FPI to 10 FPI

The range of tube finned radiator is manufactured from fin tubes assembled in header, hot / cold, liquid or gas flows inside tubes and air flows through fin. It has heat surface area of 500 m2 and heat transfer capacity of 3,00,000 Kcal / Hr.

Continuous Spiral (Without tube) Fin Coils are used for U shaped or any other odd shaped tube.

These are widely used for industrial Electric Air Fin Heaters and Air Compressors Cooling Tubes. These Coils replace the old-fashioned washer type separate fins. Instead of putting separate one by one-single washer fin, they can put about 200 fins at a time, using Continuous Coil of fins. This can make more fin Heaters in lesser time, thus saving on labour cost substantially. Because of uniform spacing of fins with these Coils have a very appealing get up. Moreover total Heat Transfer Efficiency increases substantially because of Continuous Crimped Fin design.

This machine works on the principle of Roto advancing mechanism of tube and fins that are crimped and highly tension wound around the periphery of tube. It is provided with geared motor that has variable frequency drive for changing speed for various sizes of tubes. Two models are available with different specifications that are as follows:

• PTF-100 suitable for tube OD 25 mm to 100 mm
• Fin height 5mm to 25mm
• Fin Thickness up to 1.5mm
• Power: PTF-100:5 HP Geared Motor with VFD

Base: M.S. fabricated with foundation provision and leveling arrangement.

Body: Capsule type Roto advancing arrangement of tube for continuous tube finning and mandrel arrangement for manufacturing of fin coil adjustment rollers for pitch 2.0mm to 12.00mm.

Drive: Geared Motor with Variable Frequency Drive to change speed of various sizes of Tube
