This group established in a small scale unit in 1992 under the guidance of Mr. L.C. Tolani. This unit was established to manufacture hydraulics and hydraulic associate industrial & handling equipment.

Gaining pace in the industry, the foundation of second unit Pragya Equipments Pvt. Ltd. was laid down in 1997 in Pithampur. In year 2003, we also achieved the ISO 9001: 2000 certification for our quality centric nature and superior quality products. Over the years, our group has been growing in leaps and bounds.
